You can access all the accounts for which you’re a primary or joint member, if the accounts are linked. If they’re not linked, but you’d like them to be, please contact us.
To transact or transfer funds from joint or linked accounts, you’ll need either to log into that specific account or add the accounts to your Funds Transfer page when you’re logged in.
Look for the “Forgot username?” or “Forgot password?” link next to the login field. These links will walk you through the steps to retrieving or resetting your login credentials.
If you can access a device that’s already recognized by our system — one that you’ve used before to access your account — you can log in and update your challenge questions. If you can’t access a device that’s registered with us, contact us and we’ll help you sort it out.
After you’ve enrolled for Online Banking, if you try to log into your account from a device you’ve never used before, you’ll need to answer a challenge question to prove it’s really you. Challenge questions provide an extra layer of security, so if someone tries to log into your account from an unrecognized device, they won’t be able to.
On that note, never register a public device (like a computer at a public library) where other people could attempt to sign into your account.
We use One Time Passwords to validate that the person using your account really is you by sending a code to the email address or mobile device you’ve given us for this purpose. When you’re making larger transactions or enrolling in online banking for the first time, you’ll need access to your email or mobile device for this reason.
If you’re logging in from a device that we don’t recognize, our system will ask if you want to register it. If you opt in, we’ll install a cookie on that browser so we’ll be able to recognize it again later. Devices that are registered will not require you to answer a challenge question at login.
If you’re using your own device (like a home computer or mobile phone), it’s okay to register it.
If you’re using a public device (like a library computer), don’t register it, because other users could try to access your account fraudulently after you leave.
Our system will ask you to answer a challenge question if our registration cookie gets deleted, if you’re using certain virus protection programs, or if there’s a spyware blocking program on your computer. It’s also possible that a virus would remove the cookie in order to force you to retype in information for it to track. If you have any concerns about your account security, please contact us.

After you log into Online Banking, click on the “Profile” tab, then select “My Account Profile.” Here you can change your username, password, challenge questions, email addresses, phone numbers, mailing addresses, site markers, and One Time Password settings.
