Our Team

Our people make us strong

What makes Clearwater Credit Union strong? The support of our members. The authentic lived culture of our entire workforce. The dedication of our volunteer Board and Supervisory Committee. And the leadership of our Executive Team.

Executive Team

Our Executive Team puts action to policy, managing the day-to-day operations of our credit union. Their hands-on effort is what transforms our vision into reality.

All credit unions are founded on the philosophy of “people helping people” but Clearwater takes it a step further with a Board mandate “to be a force for good in banking, in the communities we serve, and in the lives of our members.”  There aren’t many organizations in the financial world where the primary focus is on being a force for good instead of profit maximization.  I love that everyone at Clearwater is looking out for our members’ best interests, and comes to work passionate to improve our world.
