Online Banking Privacy

With this upgrade, you will now be able to view all of your accounts with one single online banking login. Your login information will not change, however, a very important privacy question follows:

Have you shared your online banking username and password with a partner, children, parents, or anyone else?

If so, that person, or people, will also be able to see your entire personal banking relationship using that single login. If that is not okay with you, now is the time to change your username and/or password. If you would still like to give access to certain accounts, read the PDF below for a step-by-step how-to on how to add a secondary user to online banking.

What technology will be upgraded?

We are upgrading our core banking system. This is the software that manages our major banking functions, including:

  • Opening and managing accounts
  • Originating and serving loans
  • Processing cash deposits and withdrawals
  • Maintaining account holder information
  • Processing transactions
  • And more

Why the new core banking system?

Our current core banking system is older software that has not kept pace with the changes and advances taking place in financial services technology. The new core banking system will empower our employees to serve members more effectively and efficiently. It will improve data management and business intelligence for the credit union. It will enhance our ability to deliver remote services access as we expand our operations. And, at the end of the day, it will add value to you, the owners of the credit union.
