New & Improved Technology

We are excited to announce that we have completed a significant technology upgrade to our core banking system – the software that manages our major banking functions, including:

  • Opening and managing accounts
  • Originating and serving loans
  • Processing cash deposits and withdrawals
  • Maintaining account holder information
  • Processing transactions
  • And more

Important Online Banking Privacy Notice

MFCU Members can now view all of their accounts in the online banking dashboard, using a single login.

For members with a joint account(s), this means you will now see all of your joint relationships along with your primary checking, savings, or credit card accounts, etc.

While this new feature may be fantastic for some, we understand that everyone is different and so are their needs.

For some members with joint accounts, there may be very important questions regarding privacy, access, permissions, and how to tell if you are the primary account holder.

If you have questions or concerns about your primary and joint accounts, and how to expand or limit access to those accounts, please call us at 406-523-3300, email us at [email protected], or contact us via our website.

We are listening, and we are committed to ensuring that all of our members feel valued, safe, and comfortable with the changes they see in online banking as we move forward.

Additional Important Information

Why did we upgrade?

Our old core banking system was an old platform, no longer able to keep pace with the changes and advances taking place in financial services technology. The new core banking system empowers our employees to serve members more effectively and efficiently, while also improving data management and business intelligence for the credit union. A better system means we will be better positioned to deliver remote services access as we expand our operations. And, at the end of the day, this upgrade adds value to you, the owners of the credit union.
